Online Only Auction beginning Sunday, August 10th, starting @ 6pm Central Time, will run through Sunday, August 17th with soft close beginning @ 4pm Central Time. The preview dates are Tuesday, August 12th from 4pm-6pm and Thursday, August 14th from 4pm-6pm.

 Address is: 17796 200th Street, Centerville, IA 52544, this is also known as Clarkdale, IA but address is Centerville.

NOTE: The road to Clarkdale is closed, to get to the house you will need to go through Mystic, IA. Highway T14 then turn East off of that highway onto School Street, head East all the way to the only Stop sign you will come to a T intersection, the house will be right there, look for the Demry Auction sign.
